Sherri Cain is the Director of Product Quality and Compliance at Hobby Lobby and sister company Mardel, where she has served for 27 years. Over the last two decades, she has developed and expanded the company’s dedicated quality and compliance division. Her team manages comprehensive oversight for over 80,000 products, driving safety across the US supply chain, through strict third-party testing, chemical management, pre-shipment inspections, and rigorous factory audits. Sherri specializes in transforming complex regulatory requirements into actionable corporate standards, hazard analysis frameworks and risk assessment strategies. She directs and manages the company product recall program and serves as the primary partner to corporate and outside legal counsel on product liability issues and brand protection.
Sherri served on the Board of Directors of Society of Product Safety Professionals (SPSP) andheld the position of Secretary for 6 years. She holds a certificate in Product Safety Managementfrom St. Louis University.
