Dr. Angela Meyer is a Managing Director at Secretariat, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Secretariat is a global consultancy specializing in engineering, economics, data analytics, and forensic accounting, with offices across the U.S., Canada, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.Angela brings over 30 years of experience partnering with in-house and outside counsel on complex product performance, recall, and liability matters. As a licensed mechanical engineer, her technical expertise focuses on fracture and fatigue of materials.Before joining Secretariat, Angela served as a corporate officer at Exponent and as President and CEO of the Product Liability Advisory Council, a specialty bar association that helps domestic and multinational companies navigate emerging legal and technical issues.She currently serves as an adjunct professor at the Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University and sits on the school’s external advisory board. In addition, Angela is a member of several private company boards of directors.
